After completing his HEO (Higher Professional Education) degree, Daan Reekers completed several postgraduate programs in financial planning and real estate. He has worked in the real estate sector for over sixteen years, twelve of which as an independent entrepreneur.
Besides an independently established advisory practice specializing in residential and commercial property financing, Daan also has experience as an independent developer. After the financial crisis, Daan scaled back these activities to focus solely on Real Estate Finance and Equity Partnership. He is an entrepreneur who, like his clients, knows the ropes.
Over a decade ago, Daan established the first contacts with our foreign investors, including investment banks, banks, and institutional and pension funds. Today, these long-standing relationships foster trust and decisiveness between Adelaer and its partners.
